It’s a signature dish is the ceviche lima with white corvina fish, but also be sure to try some of their caramel desserts. The Prohibition Kitchen, located in the historic district, features a farm-to-table menu and hand-spun milkshakes. It is made to look like the Prohibition era, with menus that look like newspapers and live local bands playing music from the era.
